Where is your company located? Our head office is in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We offer internet service, and we deliver to your home by courier or Canada Post.
Why should I do business with you? Our business model is designed to SAVE you money. We try to offer you the LOWEST PRICE POSSIBLE. We know from our own experience how important medical supplies are to you, and how costly they are.
Who pays shipping costs? Or is shipping free? We provide FREE shipping for orders over $250.
When will my products arrive? We will set up a re-order cycle and we will contact you in advance, to help ensure you do not run out of supplies. The actual arrival date will depend on where you live. We make sure orders are filled promptly so you have your supplies when you need them.
What if I have a short supply? I don’t want to run out of supplies! We understand you completely – we use some of these products and know how important they are to you.
What if I still need something immediately? We will try to get you supplies as soon as possible. If its extremely urgent, some special charges may apply, such as overnight shipping.
What happens if there is bad weather, and you can’t deliver? We want to make sure this doesn’t happen, so we want to call you well in advance, so the order arrives without problems. If there is a problem, we will immediately notify you of any delays in shipping – and work with you to make alternative arrangements.
